I liked the idea of these bands more than I like the bands now. In the future I will order a set that has a handle permanently attached to each band. I use these with some workout DVD’s and I’m constantly having to pause it so that I can take the handles off of one band and put them on another. Big pain, but for right now, I’m going to make some more handles. Also, one of the bands broke after about a week. Perhaps I was really putting the thing through it’s paces, but it was annoying at the time and now I have the band tied in a big knot to keep it attached.
