Treadmill Kettlebell combo. You start with high knee walking on the treadmill at a 15 degree incline for 20 seconds at what ever speed fits your ability level. (I am at 4mph in this video). Then you go straight into kettlebell snatches. Repeat this without rest for 8 to 10 reps. great way to close out a week of training. To make this more explosive Run on treadmill for 15 seconds at same incline then straight int kettlebell snatch. Rest 1 minute then repeat.
