6’1 250pounds here, I have breathing issues, so I walk on a treadmill for one hour while carrying two 15pound DB’s.

i can do evry work out but the jump ropes,i suck really bad at coordination,can i do jump frogs c kettle bell on chest instead?
@ 3.40..Wowo..Oblique Killer’s new..dayam..wtf ..The rest was fine except the kettle bell could slip off ur hand..thats not safe..especially in a 4min drill !

@mostafa3D You will gain weight do to muscle weighing more than fat, you will gain more muscle over time and lose the fat.
if i play body building ,Is my body weight will come down or is it increase, Because I have some fat and I want to get rid of them ??

look you talked for like 1 min. and you showed us 4min workout and nothing you showed you did like 30 sec . you just said ”do that for 30sec” but you never did it for 30 sec but still video is 7 min long
