I’m a fan of this product. Mine has now been through over a month of use and still looks and feels brand new. This is excellent for solo practice and the finish gives it a comfortable feel, thumbs up for tiger-claw. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because with a five star product; I’d like to be able to use it for full contact sparring. The staff isn’t thick enough for that, but with this price the quality is nonetheless hard to beat.

As a Martial Arts expert, and former instructor, this is a good, light-weight practice/training bo-staff. However; for actual stick fighting combat, I would recomend at least, a 1&1/4 inch circumference stick!
