Purchased these after searching the web and reading lots of reviews across many brands and sites. We have a tile floor in our exercise room with just an area rug over it, made workouts a little “hard” on the body.
We were able to slide these mats under the area rug and they work wonderfully. Using them at home for P90X and other workouts, no complaints, and it’s 100 times better than the hard tile floor.
