Abdominal muscles are used for two things: 1) To help you sit up when you are lying down, and 2) To keep your core stable when you are walking. Therefore, the only exercises you need for your abs are sit-ups and walking. When doing situps, keep your knees bent to make it comfortable for your back and your arms folded across your chest to make it comfortable for your neck.
Anyone who thinks they are going to lose stomach fat by exercising stomach muscles needs an anatomy lesson. Fat is created when you eat more calories than you expend. If you want to lose fat, then you need to eat less and start walking.

Basic sit-ups work far better than this contraption. Save your money and buy a good diet book.

I bought this item about a month ago and viewed the workout video …
First of all, it takes a lot of space in my little home. Also, I have not seen any results yet. No burning in my ABS, just a sore hip. How? I don’t know it aches the next day after using. I do like a nice stretch on my back. Anyway, I have had better results from using the torso track. I hope my big ass breaks this so I can haul it to the curb.
