This mat is wonderful. It’s much thicker than typical mats so it’s much more comfortable. This is especially important if you’re doing pilates or yoga moves that involve the spine, such as “Rolling like a Ball.” Also, the velcro closures make it very easy to transport. It’s the perfect mat.
