My office is on a kick for using these body balls as chairs, so I got this one because it looks unique! I REALLY like that it is weighted with 2 lbs of sand inside so it doesn’t roll away. Came with foot pump and DVD as well. The DVD didn’t provide an intense ab workout by any means, but did show some good stretches and techniques. People stop by my office all the time to ask about it!
