   I spend a lot of time in front of the computer doing this & that and I’ll just grab this up every so often and toss it back between my hands or do the exercises that come in the box. I’ve had this a little over a week and I can definitely tell it’s working already. It’s weighted just right and it doesn’t even feel like I’m actually exercising at all which makes it more fun.

   I have used small dumbells for workouts they are hard and cumbersome. These weighted balls work wonderful for jazzercize routine and/or pilates.

   Good quality. Nice feel. I was expecting more like 3 inches in diameter but this in the 4″ to 5″ diameter range.

   We actually used this as a kid’s shot put in an athletic event. We threw it around on a synthetic surface which I thought would certainly tear it apart. Nothing at all happened to it.

   Additionally, it’s very comfortable to hold in small or larger hands. And I’d speculate that, if dropped on your foot, it wouldn’t hurt (too much).

   I’m ordering the 5 lb ball and only wished there was a 7 lb version too.
