I love this machine. It’s really sturdy, and moves with ease. Helpful computer display guides you through a completed workout regimen to help you meet your fitness goals. This machine really burns the calories with only 20 minutes a day workouts. Also the staff at BodyFlex Sports, the manufacturer, is very helpful and courteous; they answered all my questions. My machine came without a manual, however they quickly emailed me one.

Generally, I have satisfied.
One thing which did not satisfy me is height adjustment for the seat. I want to more lower the height, but I could not. I pulled the screw out for the seat-pole to be set at the lowest bottom. I kept the screw in a sefe place….. I’m affrraid I may not remember the place.
One more thing, the seat pole does exactly not fit (loosen) to the frame. So, there are some noices when excersing.
