I have been using this bench for a while now along with the PowerLine PPR200X Power Rack.
Heavy duty construction, solid as a rock.
No wobble, even when used for dips.
The extra thick padding is amazing.
I’ll never again use one of those wobbly adjustable benches.
Take your time putting it together, don’t over-tighten the bolts,
and this will easily become your favorite bench.
PS, I am 6′ 3/8″ and I imagine the bench would be roomy enough for someone 6’6″ or more.

This body solid bench is solid.
but, it’s heavy.
and It is not necessary to have wheels on the bench.
I think body flex flat bench is better than this one.
body flex bench is cheaper,wider,and it is also solid and stable.

This bench is solid, heavy (and that is a good thing), and built to last. It’s not simple to assemble, as there are a few points at which you’ll have to check that the supports and bench are level for the surface on which you’ll be using it. But once it’s together, it feels indestructible. As the sticker on the frame says, this bench is “designed in America, VERY WELL MADE in China”. Believe it. This bench will outlive you.
