Excellent product for shaping up at home if you have the space and the doors. One drawback is not having enough floor space to extend the resistance bands. Another drawback is not having a secure door with adequate space in front or in back of it to anchor the bands. The velcro ankle attachment does not stay in place and it is not comfortable. It would have been better to know that one needed space around ones doors to do some of the exercises.
All in all it is a good product for the exercises not needing an anchor. But if you have the doors and the space it will be fine. Just get a different ankle attachment for the leg exercises.

Overall, I’m very happy with these bands. They offer a lot of versitility as well as portability. Most of the exercises that you can do with dumbells, you can do with Bodylastics (most, not all). The only downside that I’ve encountered is that with some of the exercises, the metal clasps rub me. It’s not bad, just annoying sometimes. Please take into account that it could be poor technique on my part. Also, the changing of bands detracks a bit from the workout. But that’s the price of versitility. I have a Weider Crossbow. However, since purchasing these, I have stopped using the Crossbow. One hint, do as many of the exercises as possible standing. That will automatically engage your core. If you’re looking for a set of resistance bands that are durable and can take out of your home with you (workout outside, park, different part of the house, on trips), take a serious look at Bodylastic. If you intend to just keep your bands in 1 room, think about a fixed handle set of bands. That way you don’t have to hassle changing bands (downside, ankle attachment is a lot trickier). Bodylastic come with a great warranty.

I have been using bodylastics for 4 weeks with excellent results. Definitely worth the price. If you don’t like going to a gym these are worth a try.

I have been using these Bodylastics Max Tension resistance bands for about a week now. And I can definitely say that it is an excellent product. I also purchased the Anywhere Anchor to be able to do even more exercises outside using trees in my backyard. I had purchased a set of resistance bands from a local sporting goods store, and those bands cannot compare to the Bodylastic bands. I highly recommend these bands.

The purchased product is easy to use from the beginning. It works the entire body when used properly. Requires very little area to obtain a great workout.
