Pros: It works. It arrived quickly. It is inexpensive. It is comfortable.
Cons: The picture doesn’t show you that when wearing the watch, you are staring at a big label that says “THE BAND”.
It is awkward to get it snugly onto your wrist, and hard to get it looking straight. A amll velcor band has to wrap around a larger band, and probably won;t easily be centered.
Don’t expect to make a fashion statement with this band.

I never have been a fan of watchbands with preset holes, the band always ends up being too tight or loose. THE BAND is a great alternative if you are looking for a casual everyday alternative. If you are looking for a sophisticated watchband you will need to keep on shopping, but if practical is your primary concern than your have found the perfect watchband.

I am writing this review mostly to balance the previous reviewer.
You can put your watch on the band facing either direction. I put mine so the “Band” logo faces out. I am left staring at the plain and not-unattractive nylon strap. I must admit that the 20mm extra wide band has a much more refined look to it. I bought this 16mm band for my 6 year old son, and it’s fine for him. I have not seen the 20mm regular width band.
It’s true that since you can attach the velcro at any point, there is infinite variety in fit (unlike bands with a finite number of holes). This takes some getting used to, but I see it as a plus. Once you’ve worn the band for a while it will be easier to put it back on at the same snugness.
The Band was intended for people who do water sports who don’t want to loose their watch due to wimpy bands. That is the “fashion statement” that you are making. If you want “sophisticated”, buy something else.
