The training bag arrived in good time and was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions say not to use an automatic pump but we did and that helped speed the inflating process up – just be careful not to pop the bag if you choose to do this.
I bought the bag for my daughter so she could practice kicks and punches for karate. She loves it. And uses it quite often.

Once the bag is filled it works well. The pump that comes with it isn’t any good I ended up blowing it up using my mouth, but even then it is small enough that it didn’t take long to fill. Bag doesn’t fall down, good for kids (since its youth) or just for fun, wouldn’t recommend for an actual boxer.

This is an awesome training aid for children learning mixed martial arts. Bag is a little messy to fill with water if your not paying attention but its perfect for them to practice punches and kicks on. so glad that we got this he’s improving every day.

popped within first three minutes on christmas morning when my five year old hit it. I repaired the hole with tape, then the bottom which is fill with water popped. I weighed down the bottom and the middle chamber popped. Now it is totally unusable after two weeks of use. All the pops were broken seams. This would have been disappointing for a $10. product, I am offended at $35. Everlast and Amazon should be ashamed to have their names attached to this product.

Bought this for my 4 year old son, very durable. He punches, kicks and tackles it, no leaks!
