   Have you ever had an exercise ball that picks up every piece of fuzz and lint on the floor?? Most of them do because of the “sticky”, “latexy” and “rubbery” texture. NOT THIS BALL!! It has a texture that does not pick up hair or lint or anything else like that. The Fitball came recommended to me by a physical therapist at the hospital in which she and I both work. She had ordered one for our rehab department and I loved it. If the Fitball can hold up under the pressures of a busy rehab department, it can definitely keep up w/ me!

   In short, if you’re looking for an excellent exercise ball that won’t attract Fido’s fur or those sneaky little dust bunnies, but WILL give you endless exercise options, you won’t go wrong w/ the Fitball.

   This is the third FitBALL I’ve purchased over the years… not only for myself, but for my friends! I use them every day as a chair at my desk. My back and legs have been thanking me since I got rid of the traditional chair: I’m able to remain mobile all day, and not sit in one place for too long… resulting in improved posture and balance, as well as increased ranged of motion and core strength. These exercise balls are extremely durable and seem to be indestructible. The black/grey/cream subtle colors go well with my decor, and the simplicity of the shape, no screws, no pointy edges are so minimal… clear spaces = clear mind! They’re also a great supplement to my exercise routines… beats a bench any day for a more thorough workout.

   I use Fitballs in my private Pilates studio and for one on one
   
   personal fitness training. Because they are durable enough for
   
   regular daily use and hold air without ever leaking out, they are
   
   the brand I recommend to all my clients. They also come with a pump
   
   that is not fancy but perfectly serviceable. Fitballs have a good
   
   tactile feel that is not slippery so my students feel more secure
   
   using them as compared to other brands I have tried.

   I’ve had my same pearl Fitball 0 cm 65-26″ size ball for at least ten years if not more. I’ve been sitting on it while at my computer at home. I had back pain from a car accident years ago and decided to use a ball to sit on so I could still function and it has made a difference all these years keeping my back happy.
   
   This particular brand ball has been very good and
   
   even lasted through the abuse of a pre-teen that thought
   
   it was fun to bounce on. After all these years I am wondering
   
   where my pump is because I want to give it some more air. I haven’t
   
   pumped it up since I bought it so I think it may need a bit more
   
   air after a decade of use. If I can’t find my pump, I’m still going to use the Fitball for sitting because it still is
   
   great for keeping my back happy.

   After surveying many brands, this ball was chosen as my birth ball because of its reputation of anti-burst resistance. The only thing I might regret is to buy a pearl one since it is so easy to see small dirt on the surface.
