Great deal. Ball came with a dvd which shows you how to inflate the ball. The dvd shows you some exercises you can do with the ball, but I still recomend you buy some stability ball exercise dvds also.

This is my 2nd Balance Ball, 1st by Cathe. My 1st, from Walmart, made me feel like I was sitting on a balloon waiting for it to pop. Not this one. I feel very secure. Much like the balls you find in a gym. Make sure you watch the directions. I first blew up the ball with an electric pump (not good results) , use the pump that is provided and watch the directions. When I find a good deal on the 65cm, I will be buying that one.
