The item broke less than 3 months after purchase and AB rocket won't honor the 3 year warranty that it says it comes with. Ab Rocket customer service is the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. They don't speak English, they are RUDE and they won't hardly speak with you unless you give them your Credit Card Number First! My arms aren't as flabby as they where and i am able to to wear tops that i wouldn't have worn before. Its has been a great tool in helping me loose some of the fat around my arms.
