This product is sleek and appears well manufactured, however the resistance offered is far less than any typical gym enthusiast would ever use to grow the forearms.
I have a NordicTrack forearm device (now nearly 10 years old) and I was hoping to upgrade for use on long car rides….sadly, this device has absolutely no bang comparatively.
Purchase only if you are a beginner with little to no forearm/wrist strength.
