Love this product. My grandchildren play with it incessantly. No problem with shipping. It came on time in shape ready to use.

although the frist one they sent was a mess, box bent,plastic torn, metal part did not know where that belong, glue everywhere,
But when i called and spoke to a very nice customer service person she corrrected the merchadise right away, and it was sent in perfect condition in two days.
Thank you for the best customer service I had in a long time. I should have got her name.
