This product may have semi-good resistance but after using it for 15 seconds it completely cut up my hand and i got tons of blisters. Do not waste your time and money on this product.

I love all the heavy grips that I’ve bought and will keep buying them, and with the great price I’ll still be using amazon for them.

I am a 62 yr old man. I have used grippers with plastic handles and so-so resistance for years. They all break quickly and do nothing. These are well priced and well made. If you are like one commenter here and get blisters after only a few reps, wear a freaking glove. A review should be about the product not your shortcomings. I purchased the 150 and 200. The 150 fits me well, but I should be able to work up to more reps with the 200 shortly. I have a firm grip and strong hands but need to maintain what I have. These are NICE! And thats my review…NICE.

These things are amazing! I had gone through all kinds of cheapy hand strengtheners from the store, and they did me no good. I got all 6 of these and started with the 100. As a guy, and having this many times before, I figured that was way too weak and that I would start with the 150. Over about a month I’ve worked up to the 250, and I’m loving every minute of it.
My workout with these is this:
- 10 repetitions of the 100 as a warmup
- 5 repetitions of the “goal gripper” (the gripper that is 1 level above what I can do easily now) on each hand
- 5 inverted repetitions of the “goal gripper” on each hand
- 3 negatives each hand, holding for 3-5 seconds each time on the strength above my “goal gripper”
Doing the negatives really helps power through the plateaus.

My workout is based off of their workout, and its working great. On their website they sell sets of all 6 grippers, which I would recommend getting.
