I am not writing a review of this cycle since I never even unpacked it. I am writing to warn people about the delivery company Amazon used in this case, CEVA. They are so anxious to drop the box off that they will be waiting at your door. Returning an item is another matter. It took nearly a week for them to even contact me about arranging a pickup. Apparently you must wait for Amazon to contact them about a return. Then I was stood up at the first arranged pick up time. All I got was the usual “Sorry about that”. When no one appeared the next day at the appointed time I started calling every 15 minutes until I was told someone would be there in an hour. The dispatcher complained that their office is a long way from my house. Like that is MY problem. So be sure the large item you are ordering is what you really want. Ask about what company will be making the delivery.

I bought this bike during the last Gold Box deal and it was a nightmare. The bike was not manufactured properly and did not function whatsoever. I returned the bike immediately.

Easy assembly. The bike feels stable and sturdy when I am spinning. It is quiet and smooth. Nice seat and handlebar adjustments. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was their was some shipping damage that scratched part of the frame. I was still able to workout on the bike and the company got me the new part in 3 days and I swapped out the part myslef in a couple of minutes. I am very please with my bike and would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a quality spin bike to use at home.

“Great value for the price! It is a very quiet and very smooth spin bike. The seats and handlebars have nice adjustments. The only difference I have found in the bike I use at my club and this bike is the seat itself…my club spin bike has a higher end seat but that bike also costs almost double what I paid. (while assembling the bike I found the components to be standard bike components like the seat and pedals which I guess you could either purchase or swap from your own bike) The bike has a good warranty and the packaging included all tools needed and assembly took me about 20 minutes all said and done. I am very pleased with my Christmas gift to myself!”

I have been looking for a while for a quality spin bike BUT did not want to spend a $1,000 on up and defeat the purpose of cancelling my gym membership to save money….all that to say I bought this and really like the bike as I already own a treadmill and my husband has an uopright bike. the spin has a very smooth ride, it was easy for my husband to assmeble and it is very quiet. I am 5’3″ and the bike adjusts to my height. It is alos easy to move around as I wheel it in front of my tv when watching my spin videos. Great purchase and will update after a couple of months.
