great, sturdy product. I wish that the bands depicted which one is harder / easier, ect. Overall they work great!

The product is fine for what it’s supposed to be. However, it is my personal preference to use the free weights instead. The bands seem to get in the way sometimes when I’m doing an exercise, when free weights won’t. Don’t spend too much money on expensive Bands. These are good quality bands. I do wish they would have a numeric value of the weight range on the handles though.

I’m using the bands for P90X and the heavy band just snapped right below the handle. From first use I saw some discolouration and I decided not to worry; I figured it was just a result of the stretching, but now I can reasonably expect the bands to go at any time once they get too white. A shame, as they were working quite well until this morning.
