This has made a huge difference for me. I use it on my left knee, and just ordered one for my right. It has really improved my IT pain while running.

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical when trying this product but so far it has relieved my knee pain when running. Before I couldn’t even run a mile before developing outside knee pain. Now I can run 1-2 miles with no knee pain and building on that mileage weekly. I have to admit that this product appears to relieve outside knee pain caused by the iliotibial band rubbing on the outside of the knee. So far so good with me!
