The Reebok Fitwatch Plus uses quick touch technology for accurate and fast Strapless heart rate. At the press and hold of the button sensor you will get accurate heart rate without having to wear the chest belt. This watch will also, provide accurate pedometer features of steps, distance and speed along with a calorie counter.

This watch is smaller than it appears in the picture and does not have the option to order a specific size. The package says SMALL adjustable for a snug fit. This watch is sized for men with smaller wrists or women. I have not read the instructions yet, but it seems like it does what it says. Just beware of size if you are buying for a larger man.
