Dollar for dollar this is the best money you can spend on exercise equipment. It’s a great workout and quite versatile. You can do many different exercises with a little ingenuity. I replicate the same workout I did for over 20 years in the gym with bars and cables and freeweights, all on this $18 rubber tube. Crazy to think of all the time wasted commuting to the gym and the money spent there. I want it all back.
I obviously, highly recommend these to anyone looking to workout, anywhere, for any reason!

I am a big fan of this product. These bands have allowed me to no longer feel like I have to go to the gym for a workout. I can do it at home or even at work, which I frequently do. This is a high quality, durable product. Really enjoy the option of using the door for even more upper body workout options. I highly recommend this and all the other “colors” that offer other levels of resistence and suggest my clients purchase these as well. I mostly use the purple and the blue bands. Find the one that fits best for you and you’re on your way!
