Fitness training exercise rower for young children ages 3 to 6. Helps improve fitness levels and develops early coordination skills. The hydraulic cylinder is adjustable to increase the tension as children’s fitness levels increase. Sliding seat helps simulate real rowing technique. Supports up to 150 lbs. Some assembly required. GymKids exercise products were designed and introduced in England just over 3 years ago to help fight their own obesity problems with children and as a way to encourage children to see fitness as something fun. These products have proven to be extremely popular in the British equivalent of elementary schools and are currently being used by about 10% of schools in the UK during physical education lessons, before and after school programs, and even in classrooms!
