I’m pretty new to grip training, but I am a software engineer…My hands are my livelihood, and typing all day every day is a surefire way to kill your hands. I’ve just started training with IronMind products, and I can say with certainty that this kit is about as good as you can get for grip training warmups and hand extensor work.
Even if you aren’t training on grippers, the egg is substantial and provides great resistance for conditioning your hands. The bands are also great, and can help out with elbow tendon pain (I climb and do a lot of pullups, so this has helped me already).
