A mix of physics and mystery.
The Russian Systema art is mind blowing.
The joint exercizes are like Chinese Yi Jin Jing on TWO planes of movement.
It combines the horizontal and vertical, along with some joint spiraling similar to Bagua.
Some parts resemble break dancing!
I LOVE this as a general health workout…the Russians don’t mess around with giving informatioin to people either.
No 30 year initiation, it’s straight and to the point.
If you’re a martial artist of ANY kind this practice will improve your coordination, blood flow and rooting.
If you’re an internal martial artist (Bagua, Tai Chi, Xingyi ect.) this is an incredible warm up and conditioning workout.
Baguazhang people will dig it!
