I really, really miss the ‘Old Fashioned’ Thera Bands that looked like 1/2″ sling shot rubber. These New Tubing’s are Okay,
But not like the Old Fashioned one’s which I cannot find anywhere Pehaps at a random garage sale? These tubing’s work and
do the job but they aren’t as compact as the Old Fashioned one’s.

I bought this item with one use in mind. I travel a lot but I also enjoy archery. The point is that if you only shoot occasionally it is very easy to wreck your rotator cuff. I starting taking this on trips and doing some simple exercises a few minutes a day and poof the shoulder pains went away. I also find the bands are excellent for adding just that little bit extra of stretch for loosening up. For the price and portability- excellent.
