I’ve had two of these watches. The first one lasted about 8 months before it started exhibiting weird behavior. The indiglo button would cause the time to freeze, then after a while, wipe the watch and it would reset to the 1 Jan 2006 time. The battery would be low, and slowly charge, but never reach full charge again. The indiglo also wouldn’t work after this. The second one, which they sent as a replacement for the first one, exhibited the same behavior after about a year. I love the features of the ironman series, and use the multiple time zones, timers, and stop watches regularly, but the solar series has a huge flaw. From reading other reviews, I’m not the only person to experience this. I would move on to another ironman.

The watch is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to read and operate. so far it is working great.

This is an excellent watch but I’m gonna ding it for a curious design flaw in the watch band. The loop which holds the end of the band down has a little knob which sticks into one of the perforations on the band. This makes putting the watch on and taking it off the wrist annoying, because you can’t just unbuckle it and slip it off. You have to pull it hard to get it off the little knob. I fixed the problem by turning the loop inside out, but in my opinion, it’s a dumb — and annoying — feature.

Great product! I bought this for my brother-in-law and he loves it! Great size and works great!
