I picked up this DVD to get insight into fundamentals of boxing, looking to get the basics: what to look for in different elements (footwork, jabs, punches, etc), what are the common mistakes to avoid, what to focus on when drilling.
There is absolutely none of those in this DVD. It’s pretty short and for most part (apart from mostly unrelevant “tales from the ring”) the coach says something very obvious and then goes for a minute or so of demonstration at really fast speed.
I rate it 2 starts, because there are still a few bits of information you can get out of there.
