The foam is very dense and supportive. Very pleased with this mat, it is well made and folds easily.

This is a professional-quality mat so I should love it, but it’s really too heavy for me to lift. Also, it’s really cold to lay on because of the thick vinyl cover. So the two reasons I’m not happy with it have to do with my own body’s idiosyncracies and not at all with the quality of the mat.
