These are heavy, clunky things that are hard to put on. The velcroe strips make this ripping noise, and it’s really awkward to make them snug and secure on your ankles. I didn’t like them from day one and ended up giving them away. Forget this product.

I’m very happy with both the ankle weights & service/shipping from Amazon. Product arrived in just a couple days with Free Shipping. Weights are adjustable as advertised by removing weights. My only regret is they are black & it is difficult to put my name on them to leave them at the gym.

I thought the Valeo ankle and Wrist weights are very affordable and great to use when you’re trying to exercise. They were on time and i couldn’t sa anything else except for thanks and keep up the good work.
