This ball is awesome!! Of course the color and words will wear out over time, but the function of the ball is terrific!!! I have used this ball on asphalt and on a rubber playground..It does the job!!!! Don’t hesitate to get this ball, it ROCKS!!!

This medicine ball is an amazing workout tool! It is the perfect size and textured like a basketball for good grip. It is very well made excellent quality and value. I purchased an 8, 10 and 12 lb. ball and I find I need all three sizes. I was surprised how good of a workout you can get in a very short amount of time with these balls. They are easy to use, no set up required obviously, so workouts on the fly are fast at hand. There are exercises included on a fold out sheet and many others can be found searching online including videos showing how to use them. Just hold one while doing simple stretches and you WILL feel it the next day! I love these balls and I highly recommend them. They are great for warm up using lower weight or for a good workout using heavier ones. I like the 10lb the best but as I said, a variety of sizes are really useful. This was a great purchase!

I bought this med ball from Amazon about six months ago, and it hasn’t deflated at all. Med balls in general are expensive, and when I priced them out, this one from Amazon seemed to be the cheapest one for a ten-pounder.
It’s about the size of a basketball, and has the same traction on it — which is great when you’re working out and have sweaty hands! It’s easy to keep your grip on it.
This is a really high quality product; I use it about once or twice a week for ab workouts, and it’s in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I received my order within 3 days, and am very pleased with my purchase. Very durable as others have mentioned, and the grip is excellent – unlike the traditional medicine balls. Well into your workout, when your grip may be compromised with perspiration, this ball won’t slip. Highly recommended.

The Valeo medicine balls are awesome. Way better then the leather medicine balls. Since it has the texture of a regulation basketball when you get sweaty from working out it doesnt become slippery like the leather balls. Now if I could just find a 14 pound version!!
